How to launch maplestory from this big orange screen with the maplestory logo on it?

Ok, so I downloaded maplestory, am running with all the required settings, my laptop is even running windows 2000 and I downloaded directx. I have an account, am signed in and when I press the “start game” button it brings me to an orange screen with the maplestory logo up at the top. From here I can’t do anything. What do I do to get maplestory to launch???
