Maplestory: Can you save your 1rst job skills points for your 2nd job skills? ?

Right now i am a lvl 29 rouge in maplestory with many skill points left over. I dont really need to use them on my first job skill and i was wondering if i can save them for my 2nd job skills like savage blow. Plz help T-T
