Is making a Maplestory private server the same as making a Wonderking private, If Not How Do You Make One ?

I Would Like To Know If The Process Of Making A Maplestory Is The Same As Making A Wonderking Open Beta Private Server ? If Not How Do You Make A Wonderking Private Server ? For The Record, Wonderking Is A Fairly New Game Compared To Maplestory.
